Enter your Jersey County Rural Water Bill account number and the amount to be paid, then click on "Continue to secure payment form" for online payment using your debit card or credit card.
Payments made after 6 pm (CST) will be credited on the next business day.  
Please include your phone number and/or email on the Billing Information Page 
in case we need to contact you about your payment.

Any amount remaining unpaid 10 days after due date will be subject to shut off.  Customer will receive
 reminder if 5 days late.  If 10 days late, $65.00 will be charged.  Water will be shut off 11th day past due.
