MONTHLY RECURRING PAYMENTS

Enter your Jersey County Rural Water Bill account number and the amount to be paid, then click on "Continue to secure payment form" for online payment using your debit card or credit card.  Payments made after 6 pm (CST) will be credited on the next business day.  
Please include your phone number and/or email on the Billing Information Page 
in case we need to contact you about your payment.


Any amount remaining unpaid 10 days after due date will be subject to shut off.  Customer will receive
 reminder if 5 days late.  If 10 days late, $65.00 will be charged.  Water will be shut off 11th day past due.

Account Number (for example 12-12121-01)
Amount Due $ * (for example 35.00 - include decimal point)
** Number of Installments in months (default is 6 months)
Type today's date in yyyymmdd format (for example 20071101 for November 1, 2007)

* When choosing a recurring payment amount, please allow for fluctuations in your monthly water bill. 
For example, if you choose $35.00 and the bill is for $37.29, you will incur a late fee.

** Number of Installments is how many months you want this dollar amount applied to your account.  The default is 6 months.  If you want to change that length you can as long as the expiration date of your card is within that time frame.
